Lists that come from other sources besides county offices are usually less accurate due to the constant flux of the list. These lists typically have an average Return Rate of 10%, and will include:
- Bankruptcy
- Distressed Sellers (Mortgage Lates)
- Inherited Properties
- Preforeclosure
- Tenant Buyers
- Retail Buyers
If your campaigns exceed these return rates, you should do the following:
- Check the records at your local County Recorder’s office to make sure the owner and address were accurate.
- Check with your local Post Office to see if they have a reason why they did not deliver the mail.
If you proceed with this troubleshooting process and determine that your Done-For-You Campaign is over the acceptable return rates quoted above, you are welcome to buy your own list and we will give you a $0.05 per record mail credit to put towards your campaign fees. If you choose to purchase and import your own list into SalesTeamLive for direct mailing and wish to receive the $0.05 per record mail credit, SalesTeamLive must receive a change request of this credit prior to mailing the campaign.
Due to the nature of direct mail, we cannot provide refunds or credits for mailing runs that have already taken place. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
